Message from Steve Spangler Science

Our thoughts go out to everyone who has been affected by the current events. Education and the care of young children have been greatly impacted, and we understand the stress it causes everyone. We are hard at work to address how to provide your children with quality options to keep them learning, engaged and entertained at home.

To help, the Steve Spangler Science team will be sharing "50 experiments for 50 days", starting on Monday, March 23, 2020 at 9:00 am PT / 12:00 pm ET. Steve will go Live on his Facebook page @SteveSpangler on Mondays each week to announce that week's experiments.

The experiments will then be released daily on our Facebook Page and Instagram Page so that you and your kids can follow along.
Be sure to like our Facebook Page @SpanglerScience and Instagram Page @SteveSpanglerScience to join in on the fun of our 50 experiments in 50 days!

Starting on Monday, March 23, 2020 at: 9:00 am Pacific Time 10:00 am Mountain Time 11:00 am Central Time 12:00 pm Eastern Time

Handwashing Challenge

As schools close on Friday due to COVID-19, Medicspot has launched the Hand Wash Challenge. Children at St Edmund's Catholic School can learn about the importance of washing their hands in a fun and creative way.

We're asking primary school children to share their creative ideas to help encourage frequent hand washing. They could make a poster, film a video, record a song, do a science experiment or write a poem about handwashing.

The top entry will receive £500 for their primary school and 10 runner-ups will receive £100 for their primary school. This could go towards hand sanitisers, software, books, stationery, or anything else for your primary school. There will also be a downloadable certificate for every entry received.

Please visit https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Z8Q4yarO1VA5Sr6y7KP6rPKV__mxL7T6/view for more information.

Medicspot is calling all primary school children to share their creative ideas to help encourage frequent hand washing – the best way to keep yourself and others safe from coronavirus. Find out how you can enter and win £500 for St Edmund's Catholic School here: www.medicspot.co.uk/handwash
