News and information to support your work with families...

Please share the following information with the families you are working with and encourage them to complete the survey.  Staff who are Tower Hamlets residents can also complete the survey.

How is coronavirus impacting you?

What are you most worried about? Is there any specific support you need? Or maybe you've noticed some positives to the situation?

Tower Hamlets Council would like to hear from you about how the coronavirus pandemic is impacting your life.

There are challenges we all have in common, and others that may be affecting some residents more than others.

Your thoughts and experiences will help us to plan our services so that we can respond to the issues faced by our community and support you on the road ahead in the ways that matter most.

It's important that we understand the ways in which how our residents are affected - and we want to hear from as many of you as possible.

Our survey is open to all residents and will be available until 17 June 2020.

Completing the survey is simple and should take around 10 minutes to complete.

If you're new to completing surveys online, we would encourage you to ask someone you live with (or someone you come into safe contact with, such as a carer) to assist you with this platform.

If you are not able to complete the survey online, you can call the council on 020 7364 3030 to give your answers over the phone to one of our support officers. They will explain each question to you and will take your answers, so that you do not have to view or complete the online survey.
