Children who live or go to school in Tower Hamlets are being encouraged to think about what would make an ideal festive season scene in the borough, get creative and enter Tower Hamlets Council’s Christmas card competition.

Three winning designs will feature on festive cards sent out by Mayor Biggs, Will Tuckley, Chief Executive and James Thomas, Corporate Director of Children’s Services.

The lucky winners will also be invited to the town hall along with their parents or guardians, so Mayor Biggs can thank them in person and present them with a gift token.

Entrants must be aged five to 11 and either live or go to school in the borough.

Entries must:

  • be A5 in size, either landscape or portrait
  • be original, creative and colourful
